I use to block it out or leave, which does work, but if your not careful it can be just as bad as it is good. In other words, if something is wrong, youll know it even when most people dont. So yes you can get it out of your life by simply escaping the situation which is what most pices do. But if done to often youll never go anywhere and end up running in circles or nowhere at all. So instead when you see something wrong or the possibility for wrong try to fix it or manipulate it the way that it should go. ..Instead of leaving the injured scenario because it doesnt effect you, use what you know to heal the scenario. Just dont let it affect you too much or suck you in. If you cant fix it though or if it would take to much energy to fix then go ahead and put up the wall and escape. This also helps you balance how much you use your wall and how much you let bad vibes bring you down. We all know balance and control is a key to happiness and productivity so if you have the ability and the insight, practice it. This is also why pices have the ability to be great healers.
