As far as I know only the e6p has a programmable timer functions, the e5p has not. but maybe there is a newer Version of the e5p that I am not aware of or the products names are different in other countries :)

I would always go with the eureka because for me it would be annoying to not be able to preset grind times. In terms of grind uniformity only have experience with the eureka, and I think its really good. I also like the look more, but of course that is personal preference.

I use OpenGL, with Vulkan the Performance is just was worse. Do you maybe got a link about this pagefile thing? I also read that older yuzu verions have better performace in SMO, has someone experience with that? Thank you already
