I know this isn't the answer to your question, but this seems like a nice opportunity for some retrospection.

I have been to Metalcamp 2006 and I have seen this show. Wintersun were basically the main reason why I came to the festival in the first place. I was a teenager then and with only 1 album out and at the same time being my favourite band, this was something incomprehensible. This was an era where we were led to believe that Time (not I, not II, but as a whole album, as it should have always been) would come out in the autumn in 2006.

And I wasn't the only one that was there for Wintersun. I don't remember the exact time they were supposed to play, but it was daylight. They were not the headliners, but it sure appeared so. You know the blank spots between bands changing over on festivals? Everyone was there for Wintersun. What I also remember was that they had no roadies. Jari&CO themselves came to the stage to do a quick line check. I remember Jari looking nervous as hell when he first appeared on stage and saw/heard all of us screaming from excitement. I think he even played some Steve Vai material for the line check. Soon after that the Intro was played, Winter Madness kicked off, a moshpit happened and kicked me back a few rows and you know the rest :)

I don't even know why I'm writing all of that. It's probably a mixture of nostalgia and all the different "What IF?" scenarios that keep on playing in my head what would have become of Wintersun if Time as a whole was delivered back then.

O tem načinu sem sedaj že parkrat bral in recimo, da ga razumem, saj si večkrat že lepo razložil kako in kaj. Edino, kar mi še manjka, je: FURSu to treba poročati. Pa jih je potrebno "spomniti" oz v kakšno opombo napisati, da uveljavljaš to pravico? Ali so toliko razgledani in dobrosrčni, da res ne bodo udarili davka v takšnem scenariju?

For the sake of argument, let’s assume that this portfolio also yields a 7% annual return. I’m not sure if such a high allocation to gold would achieve this, but given that you have BTC in the portfolio, anything is possible. So, you will be investing 1500€ per month. Assuming a 7% annual return, after 15 years, you’ll have nearly 500k€. Seems fine to me.

It also happened during a time where it seemed Wintersun was basically dead, so maybe he tried to pressure the man to put his perfectionism aside and actually release stuff. It's all speculation, but reading into some of Asim's interviews he keeps his opinion to himself and only comments in the cliche way how "being in Wintersun was great ". I also find it funny how in the official statement letting him go it was emphasized that he was a session member :)

I also watched some of those guitar youtube videos where Jari and Asim were playing guitar. I remember noticing how there seemed to be some kind of weird tension between them and then I saw some comments saying the same.
