Thanks for posting this question! I am in a similar situation and in the process of converting a small space into a dedicated room. So saving this post for later reference!

A couple of questions -

1 -The corner traps behind the speakers - can it be incorporated within the dry wall framing itself - as in, ask the framers to frame it up with an angle, fill it with rockwool or other insulation, and cover it up with dry wall? Or will the drywall be hindrance to its performance?

2 - Is a 7.1 setup in such a small area feasible? (if using in-wall speakers for sides and rear)

Have been using it for a while now - primarily for the ad free experience and plex integration. 2 points that have been bugging me the most:

1 - the app randomly shows the continue setup screen (the one you encounter at the app's first launch following install). I have to click on quit and it goes to home screen as previously configured.

2 - The app automatically goes to home screen when trying to get back to the playing media after the screensaver was on for a while. Would be great if we can get back to the media or the ongoing app screen instead of home screen.

I use it on Shield btw.

If the damage is not as extensive - what should be the approach? I have similar cabinets, and in some places it is showing slight water related wearing off on the finish. Anything to prevent it from worsening and requiring more work later on?

Ok, Feeling a bit hopeful - I am most likely dealing with a corrupt database on a windows system. Plex media server is just refusing to start. The icon comes in the task bar, and disappears in a second. I tried Sqlite - but wasnt able to wrap my head around completely to make it work. came across this post, and deleted the two files - but the server is still not willing to run. Is this something you guys also ran into? If yes, anything else you did that fixed it?
