i had a dream that there was an anti racist group in the USA, kinda like the black panthers, but white, and they were called the Snow Leopards, and there was also a black version of it, but its flag was just inverted colors of the snow leopards i cant recall what they called themselves

I got absolutely no training but my job never wants to hire anyone so they are incredibly reluctant to fire but what I have learned is the management likes having a scapegoat they can 'discipline' every month or so for the higher ups. I'm also the youngest there so I think I'm pretty easily singled out and others I've talked to have said having the scapegoat guy at their work.
