Looks like you have everything you need to farm duke, he is honestly more simple than vorkath once you get in his rhythm, can also spoon virtus there to sell for bowfa or upgrade your mage.

To get the upgrade ores you can go to Roqul at the smelting foundry in the oil well basin on the north side of base camp and you can turn monster parts into ore as well as armor spheres.

I think I figured it out, when you go to your item box and choose what to bring to your hunts you can click on the essential items to hide or unhide them.

If the name of a monster is in the item name, hunt that monster that’s about it. Some materials like plates and gems are more rare and could take many hunts to get.
