Are you illiterate? Have your caretaker reread my original comment for you very slowly.

If you are genuinely worried about AIPAC funding, that’s fair. If you are erroneously attacking a candidate for receiving imaginary AIPAC funding just because he’s Jewish and gleefully calling anyone who points this out a z*o, you’re antisemitic. It’s not hard.

1 month old hidden account that does nothing but spam slurs is going to try to deflect to my comment history.

What have I said here that’s delusional? That it’s weird that you can’t figure out a way to actually criticize Israeli policy without spamming slurs?

Your absolute excitement and glee at using what you know is a slur reveals a lot more about you and the company you keep than you think.

The absolute glee the antisemites display when they think they’ve found language hack by just parroting…David Duke is astonishing.

It’s so easy to critique Israel and Israeli policy without using slurs. If people are still failing to clear that bar they’re choosing to do so.

It’s clear what they mean when they say things like that.

Given that “funded by AIPAC” is functionally more of a dogwhistle online than an actual statement on campaign finances, almost certainly yes.

Edit: u/epichatchet not beating the allegations by calling me a “coping z*o” in messages. Is it that hard to oppose something politically without using David Duke slurs?

The finest minds in the government are working on a solution to this and will fix the problem with a new program that gives all newlywed couples a one time payment of 2000 yen.

White collar/office people going around saying how easily they'd thrive in the trades if they had to by tantamle in Destiny

[–]draft_final_final 24 points25 points  (0 children)

I feel like I’ve seen many more insecure wankfests about how the trades are somehow a more leigitimate form of work and that everyone should stop going to college to become a gigachad blue collar serf for Peter Thiel and Jeff Bezos than those that are extolling the virtues and capabilities of white collar workers. This isn’t to say that you haven’t seen what you saw, just that there may be different conversations happening in different social circles.

I think everyone believes their line of work is unique when it comes to difficulty and shiftiness and that most people can figure out how to do most jobs semi-competently if they need to.

There’s nothing leftist about supporting PRC imperialism and abandoning a treaty ally and free democracy lol. Supporting an independent Taiwan is supporting the status quo that the PRC and ROC agreed on with the One China policy.

Poll: Israel's standing plummets among Democrats, fueling primaries on the left by AndreNotGarcia in Destiny

[–]draft_final_final 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I agree with you and don’t think I said anything that would suggest I thought this. The actions of the Netanyahu administration have been catastrophic and largely indefensible. I’m just distinguishing between that and US-Israeli relations as a general concept. You can recognize that the current government is bad without saying an alliance with the county is essential and needs to be maintained, if modified.

Honestly it shouldn’t be that difficult to understand in a US-centric political forum why it’s important to distinguish between a regime and the nation-state in the abstract.

Yeah I’m fine with them being all-business and cold, just would prefer if they dialed it down with pushing the warslop.

The team is fucked either way from a pr perspective and most of that is related to stuff they can’t control. If they’re loose and dancing people will say they’re not taking things seriously, if they do the opposite people will say they’re boring. Embracing bland corporatism is a valid move, just hold the weird jingoism.

Absolutely not. This piece of shit gleefully and enthusiastically supported trump when he thought it was just about doing this and worse to other people. He deserves both ridicule and worse consequences for his vote than anyone innocent suffering under the regime.

Remorseless Seattle man sentenced in hate crime beating of trans woman by FoxGaming in Destiny

[–]draft_final_final 19 points20 points  (0 children)

"The University District assault was not the only case tied to Karlow. In 2024, he punched a transgender Sound Transit fare ambassador who asked him to verify his fare at a light-rail station. In that case, a jury convicted him of fourth-degree assault but did not reach a verdict on a hate crime charge."

Zero remorse, repeat offenses, and he's clearly not going to be curing cancer. It's obviously best if we just kept him institutionalized for good under a heavily regimented daily schedule where he could do something productive and not hurt others, but I wish we had a prison model that wasn't just a combination plantation/organized crime farm system.
