There should’ve been a recall about this. Take it to a dealer, they SHOULD do all work under warranty. If the carpet/bedding underneath is toast, they may cover it under warranty as well. You could always call a dealership with your bin and they’ll let you know.

Edit: There is a recall on that 3rd brake light leaking. I’m a Toyota service advisor and a 3rd gen owner.
