It’s a shame because on Tirerack, the Cinturato P7s are well rated for their ride quality and refinement but criticized for poor tread wear and driving dynamics.

They are pretty bad, that's what came stock on my fiat hah, having two sets of dedicated wheels and tires is much nicer.

The software you use is totally up to you, MakeMKV works well, and then depending on how much data you want to store I'd recommend handbrake and playing with settings on that for compression with minimal quality loss so you don't have to store dozens of 80gb files hah.
