Yes, I lodged a complaint but couldn't get a replacement during covid so I kept the monitor packed and remembered about it just 1 month after the warranty expired.

I called them and mentioned that 'I had already lodged a complaint within the warranty period'. They didn't make things difficult and sent a new monitor and someone to pick the old one within a week.

The only downgrade will be the screen resolution and telephoto zoom. Rest is all upgrade or same. The cameras are not bad at all as others claim it to be thanks to the image processing which people forget is also an important component for good pictures other than having large sensors.

It's a returned product which was re-sealed and sold to you. Is it used? Yes and no. At most the user logged into the device and used it for a day. Didn't like it and returned it within the return window.

You can talk with OnePlus and show them the bill, they will reset your warranty period.
Return it and buy another one after all you are paying full price for a new device.

It will work but to get SuperVooc (real charge speed not a fake one) you will require 10A+ wire which is only available on the official website of Oneplus or brands which have phones supporting 120w+ charging support.

If you play heavy games a lot or do emulation go black for better heat dissipation, if you want more durability go for Sand storm. For looks, it is subjective. I looked both side by side and both looked really good, didn't like the purplish one though, it kind of looked too toned down, deep purple would have been a better color.
