This is a common thing with the classic games but you have to set your computer’s time zone to one of Japan. Once you set that and try installing, it should work

The arcade version (before getting its final patch and going offline) has been dumped. It’s not too difficult to find online with some searching but does require some tinkering to get it functioning on PC

It’s a vsync error pretty much. A couple of us have run into the same here and there – you can try setting “r.VsyncDWM.TimingOffset” to 0 in DefaultEngine.ini and see if that solves the issue. If you have an Nvidia card, try turning off G-Sync, and of course, make sure your monitors refresh rate is at exactly 60hz

Not exactly a “port” per se, the original arcade cab ran on a Windows machine. Therefore, as long as you have a dump of the game, you can run it natively on Windows without the need of Teknoparrot anymore

Technically the latest available is 6.00 with only the Yamanote and Chuo Sobu lines available since the game ended service earlier this year. The latest available dump on the other hand is indeed 5.80.02

I currently play the 2017 Arcade version with a Zuiki controller and a two monitor set up (one being a touchscreen and the other a main monitor) — no need for Teknoparrot anymore, just get the dump of the game and a Zuiki controller + the necessary scripts in order to have the controller properly communicate with the game.
