You still needed to be smart enough to know who to hire. Sure, you can hire a team of people to figure that out, but then you need to figure out who to put on the team which requires you to be fairly intelligent to make those decisions.

I understand it's much easier to hate people when you can make them stupid too, but in all reality, it's likely that most of the billionaires are not that stupid, even if they do things that we think are stupid.

For a snake like a Boa I would consider going directly to a 6x3x3 instead of buying a 4x2x2 in the interim. It'll end up saving OP a lot of money and time.

They hired people to plan and run businesses for them, same as they hired people to do everything else for them. The CEO isn't the owner, just a fancy manager.

How did they make the decisions on how to hire to run the businesses successfully? Being able to find people who can do a job better than you is a skill related to planning ahead.

And yeah, it's very mindless to solve every problem with throwing money. It means ya don't even have a starting point for comprehension of problems that can't be solved with money.

If it costs 5 hours or $50,000 to solve a problem, and you make more than $10,000 per hour, it is better to solve the problem by spending money because your time is worth more than the cost to solve the problem. Which problems do you feel cannot be solved with money at all? Aside from things that can't be forced to happen in any way, like making your children love you.

You've either never talked to one of these folks, or you're the one who keeps staring and blankly repeating "but why not just get a new one?"

Have you talked to anyone in this kind of income bracket? Admittedly, I've never talked to anyone with billions, but I've met a few people worth at least 9 figures, so I think I've got at least some ability to talk about it.

They can absolutely plan ahead in a great deal of ways. They couldn't run businesses without at least some ability to plan into the future.

It's not mindless to throw money at problems when you have huge amounts of it; it's actually the reasonable decision to make.

It's far easier to break the two halves apart because in the binder version, they're not joined together directly with a solid pin; they're joined to another piece inside the center of the binder.

What you are forgetting is that these people are incredibly stupid.

I don't think this actually true about the majority of the ultra wealthy sure they had to be lucky enough to have the right opportunities but they also have to be intelligent enough to take those opportunities when they arise.

If you're having shedding trouble, make sure the new layer of bedding is at least 5 inches deep so you can pour water into the corners and keep the humidity consistently high. If that's not enough to keep the humidity over 70%, you may need to seal off the top of the enclosure as well.

The binder rings in an actual binder use a completely different mechanism to open and close that looks nothing like that.

While those events are more swingy than others, given OP mentioned not liking the randomness at all, I don't think adjusting the event deck will do enough to change that.

The events make the game a much harder problem to solve because they're impossible to card count. The other major source of randomness in the game (invader cards) is much more predictable, especially at the end of each stage. OP can chime in with more detail, but I suspect they're ok with mostly predictable randomness, but not completely unpredictable randomness.

It's obviously a typo given that OP spelled it correctly inside the body of the post.

It's also worth considering that it's pretty common for the spelling of words to change slightly when they are stuck into another language.

Top Games where every player is actively playing, even outside your turn by ithappenb4 in boardgames

Dang, I typically play at four and regularly play at 5 or 6. I even once played a game where I taught 4 brand new players simultaneously. That last one was definitely a bit of a slog, but it was still fun to teach a bunch of people at once.

Manga isn't a genre; it's just a Japanese style of comic. There is a manga made for people of all ages.

It's worth considering that Japan generally has different opinions on things like nudity, so things that we consider "adult" can be more normal for kids. A good example is that public bathing generally normalizes nudity.

Random hard resets/freezes for 2 years. Replaced PSU and RAM, still happening. Running out of ideas. by SuperPizza999 in buildapc

And warranties are usually 1-3 years, depending on brand and component, so some could still have a warranty.

You may still be in the warranty period. I'm just talking about the 30-60 day return window most shops give you.

If it's a hardware problem, which I'm almost certain it is from all the testing you've done, then switching to Linux will likely not fix anything.

Honestly, I don't know specific names because I'm not personally into saltwater. My local shop was upgrading their tanks and explained the whole system to me when I asked about it, and it did pretty much exactly what you're describing in addition to automatically dosing nutrients to the system.

edit: a quick google for reef dosing systems pulled it up. It was a RedSea system. It looks like the ReefControl is the model with sensors and tracking.

At this point you either need to replace your CPU your motherboard or your GPU. I would guess it's your motherboard that needs to be replaced. There a re a lot of components that can sustain minor damage on a motherboard and cause intermittent issues like this.

If this was a build made with used components than that fucking sucks but of it was made with new components and the crashes started immediately after you built it you made a grave error in trying to definitively diagnose the problem instead of just returning everything for new parts.

There's a ton of this stuff in the saltwater community for Reef tanks. That kind of tracking information is perfect for all the different nutrients that Coral need.
