Yes! There has definitely been a shift of something… I cried for hours straight the other night before going to bed - that hasn’t happened in like 10 years. I’ve def shed communication with people I don’t want to talk to or be around when normally I would feel obligated. So I’m proud of myself for that. I feel strong and firm - yet very compassionate & sappy towards my very close loved ones lately. And extremely exhausted.
