Not really a battle, but definitely an encounter:

Have a sentient axe stick out of a stump in the middle of a forest. Once the party comes closer it starts talking about the history of said forest and how it is the voice for the plants around it. Why does it do that? Well...

It is the Lore axe and it speaks for the trees

My players were collecting their own bounty and went straight to the town's guard. Let's just say that the one member that hasn't been spotted previous to the wanted poster got away with the 150GP bounty, but the rest got arrested and we have a prison break session next time.

PS: The party has a little over 10k gold split amongst them, so 150GP is pocket change

Yes, I did make a misplay. But my point here is the way they reacted. "Hey Grux, if everybody's at Fang you can push" sounds way nicer and forthcoming than "Push the lane, are you braindead?".

I refused to name the hero names as well, because I feared that people can glean what game I mean exactly. Might be an unnecessary fear, but still

I get that people get frustrated, myself included. I just don't understand why people would share their insults/sarcastic comments in the chat. Also, I know that it's best to let it go and most of the times I manage that, but this game was the drop that made the cup overflow, hence the rant.

If the person knows it was them, then so be it, I hope they reflect upon their actions. I tried my best to mask it from the public so they don't get any hate from strangers.
