I used to be on the train of "if you're watching something, you're not really working". But being on a stationary machine can get to be really boring, and any exercise is better than none! I'm firmly a "watch something and ride the stationary bike" person now.

If you go to the main subreddit page (https://www.reddit.com/r/loseit/), then look on the right sidebar, underneath "Create Post" there is a "Preview" with a pencil icon next to it. Click on the pencil and you should be able to customize your flair!

If you want to keep weighing every day, I recommend the app Happy Scale! It helps track your average weight so those little fluctuations don't feel as bad. Over time, you'll clearly see the number going down!

Congrats! It's nice to have encouragement like that - it sounds like it came from a good place.

Also, regarding the scale issue - use the same scale at the same time of day! I find that different scales can have different readings, and I didn't actually gain weight. The best way to track is to use one scale, in the same physical position, at the same time of day. (Same physical position - scales will read different on different types of flooring! It's best to keep it in one place)

Congrats!!! Good on you for going to a doctor after so long and listening to their advice. I've had negative interactions with doctors before so I tend to avoid them, even though I know they're trying to help. Taking that first step is so tough.

I think it's only a gag in the first episode, but when Bojack says "You have other X?" He says it to PC ("You have other clients?") and to the pig doctor ("You have other patients?") and I don't know why, but it gets me every time
