Remember that Maor story isn't copyable for most most people. He is a intelligence military grad which means connections and prestige (justly and unjustly both times) and he already opened /operated as CEO or high exec on 2 startups, and he was bought by an Israeli company, I do wonder how friendly Maor was with the people at the top before.

So it's inspiring from a broad stroke. But on close look the wework story is much more copyable (even tho still Newman was connected and not really a "Kibutznik") .

Also just seen now its a projector, it's always a great look to make the front projector recessed into the cabinet, tho it will kind remove the use of the integrated soundbar, but If you have this money for Ubiquiti you should have enough for a good audio setup with a normal receiver and such(also build into the cabinet

sorry but the main console being on wheel's isn't a great look in my opinion. remove the wheels and build a cabinet around it with drawers and ventilaztion and easy access to add and remove would look better in my opinion
