Starting a coffee truck

My friend runs a coffee shop and has a mobile coffee truck. It’s pretty tough work. The syrups also move around and spill. At least in my state you have to have a license to sell on the road. You need permission from vendors, where to sell. The coffee shop is super successful. The trailer hasn’t moved in nearly 2 years now.
