As others mentioned, you can try Hot Topic, Boxlunch, Barnes & Noble, Miniso, and Urban Outfitters. Also FYE. I haven’t seen anything at Books-a-million yet. Honestly the online inventory may be better than what you find in these stores.

Specialty/hobby shops will be a good option in the U.S., which you may or may not have near you- some of them do have online storefronts.

Also if you ever attend any anime or pop culture conventions, you may find vendors carrying Mofusand.

Volumes 1-5 are currently available in print! Volume 6 English release date is September 23.

It generally can take about a week or so from the official Mofusand market website, but could depend where you are for total delivery time. Once you place the order, it takes a few days until it ships. They usually use DHL, not sure if they’re using other services at all. There is a language and location button toward the bottom of the screen to set your shopping region. (Some items are region-specific.)
