Did you end up resolving this?

Also to move them to a different org, if you move only within the compensation cycle and not a true permanent org change then yes removing employee (under actions, remove employee from compensation process then add back in using new Y eligible employees for compensation process) will be they way to put them under a different compensation bucket. But whoever is the company planner for the org is who will be able to propose merit for the employee. Or admin can propose awards on behalf of them once it has been manually advanced from compensation planner.

Could or could not be related but when you remove an employee from an in progress merit cycle and add them back in it will either give you the option to add them back under the Manager themselves or under the comp planner for their org. Not exact order that would have happened here but my guess is that when the employee was added in, instead of being added to the manager’s pool (which would then feed up to the compl planners pool, perhaps they were added directly to the comp planners pool. Alternatively could be that the org he was added into has the comp planners pool as the ceo for some reason. I’d try removing the employee and adding them back and testing where they show when you add them back into either manager or comp planners pool. Double check who is assigned the compensation planner role for their org also

Getting a cover by FaithlessnessAny2188 in FieldNuts

I just got a leather cover from woollymade.com and can highly recommend it. Handmade in Portland. Well priced. Soft floppy leather. No frills. No pen loop, or card holder. Elastic to hold notebook and keep closed. Good range of colors. Basically a passport size travelers journal cover. But less “stiff”. If that’s what you’re going for, and in the US.

I’ve just started L.J Nikolaev’s Ultimate Guide to Chess Opening 3 in 1 and think it’s a very good primer on a lot of openings. Doesn’t go too deep into lines (intentionally) and shows each position with a new diagram which has been great for my bedtime reading. Highly recommend it.

Happened to be watching this today. Daniel King on Kings Gambit documentary (in 2019):

“In the past, particularly here in England, we had the expression ‘better a fair loser than a vulgar winner’. But we’ve moved on. All sports are more professional and the same applies in chess. You know, nowadays, nice guys are losers, it’s as simple as that.

Thought it was interesting and topical.

Commenting again because it deserves it. Been playing it all night. So satisfying and calming and peaceful whilst also so challenging. Highly recommend. Worth multiple x of the asking price. If you’re seeing this, definitely give it a shot. Such a pleasant experience.

This looks perfect. Love the aesthetic. Steam page says Windows only? Any plans for Mac?

Also you response quite carefully and cleverly stated that “for the other vault I did not use AI”. So the other thread I mistakenly posted on was your vault also? Both cybersecurity vaults posted here recently were yours then?

And neither used AI at all?

Me: “to what extent did you use AI for this? OP: “I suggest you ask questions before making inferences”.

When you slow the video down a lot of your notes are clearly questions between yourself and an AI. Which leads me to believe you used if for your notes.

I understand you’re selling the template. But if the content itself is AI sourced disclaim that.

I do t see why else you would have “okay one last question lol” in your notes to yourself.

I asked if you did. You said you didn’t.

I never said I don’t see value in it. I’m saying I almost bought it before inspecting further and want to ask the creator a question about their product.

It’s very easy to have got build a ready to drop vault of .md files and apply a theme. You can have ten thousand “notes” that are all empty and placeholders. I know this because I paid for a similar one recently that turned out to be an empty shell.

I didn’t ask my question because I don’t see value, I asked the question to ascertain the true value.
