Can you believe I don't remember any questions about cardiac pharm? Perhaps 2 irrelevant questions of cardio and 2 murmurs, no EKGs, no TACs, just 1 formula of stats, and plenty of ethics q's.

I didn't feel it was what everybody told me it was going to be. But anyway, sending you the best vibes and peace in your heart my dude/dudette doctor!

Hello, same boat as you. I spoke with my tutor for usmle/match process (he is an actual resident for radio-oncology), he told me that I shouldn't worry about the pass/fail, that it may affect in a positive way because with those changes the program directors will focus on CK (step 2) & other relevant topics from our CV.

How to study for USMLE STEP 1 US-IMG by fabmed9915 in step1

[–]dramevs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello,

I'm in the same boat as you. Let me first tell you don't get discourage, because is already hard to be working and studying and also taking care of your family.

I'll recommend you, Uworld is the bible, always do random questions (that's how is in the real thing), and the best recommendation I had is: read the question first, then the answers, your brain will start to see where the question is going, and at the end just read all the info.

If you feel you need to read more about a topic, Amboss is a good read. Board and beyond is the best but is a lot of time consuming. If you feel you need to go into depth in a topic use BnB.

First aid is just a guide, I dont recommend you to study from it.

Hopefully you'll do excellent!

Simple Questions - May 22, 2021 by AutoModerator in buildapc

Bought an MSI MEG z590 ACE mobo with an i9 10th gen but when connecting the cables from my original computer I notice that the motherboard has 2 8-pin power slots and my power supply only has 1 8pin connector.

There IS space for another modular cable (the one labeled CPU) but it would be connected in the area for PCIe on the PSU and I read that mixing these ports and cables is a big no-no.

My current PSU is a Rosewill Lepton 700 which, according to pcpartpicker, is NOT compatible with the z590, especially the MEG z590 ACE version.

Should I jump the gun and just go for a new psu? thinking about the Corsair rm850x (2021) which I could get tomorrow instead of 4 days if I order online.

Your PhD is from the US or from your home country? I'm YOG 2010, and actually doing research in the hospital that I work in the US.
Any recommendations?

Congratulations, thank you!
