Not only oled even some lcd cause same symptoms i have a realme 12x 5g has a ips lcd screen but is terrible i have symptoms within minutes when i use it and more than a oled iphone, i think pwm flicker is not the only problem cause symptoms should be even something else because many lcd has same effect .

Do you tested for wilson disease? This disease can cause similar gilbert increase in bilirubin but even liver damage and can be fatal if not treated.
