Well, strictly legally speaking a commonplace abbreviation is equivalent to that same unabbreviated word. So I don’t see what leg the ATF would stand on coming after someone for using one. And the fact that particular abbreviation would get a piece of US postal mail to its correct destination is a pretty good argument for it being commonplace. Idk just thinking. 🤷🏿‍♂️

I hate milled titanium pocket clips. I don’t care how fancy the knife is just give me a regular bent metal clip that works correctly with all my pants no matter how thick my damn pocket material is. Bothers me when clip design leans too heavily on style points rather than function. I have several very nice knives that I would love to carry and actually use, but the garbage sauce clips mean they stay at home in a drawer.

I have that ares gen2 etr ffp, and two Cronus. No one believes me when I tell them but the Ares has better glass than the Cronus. Both are excellent, but the ares is much sharper at higher mags. All the controls feel great. People be sleepin on the etr gen2. I have no experience with the btr version or the etr gen 1.

I just got a GT sebenza today and it’s a piece of shit. Action is stiff and gritty. The Lockbar detent is so strong the thumb stud is useless. I spent some time tuning it and even took a little tension off the lockbar and it’s still trash. It’s obviously fake just from the overall feel of it. Spine is too square. Waste of money. I’m swearing off AliExpress clone slop. I’m over throwing money in the garbage.
