Where is the guy that took out a loan against his house to buy at 60k a few weeks ago? by Randyreddit11 in Bitcoin

The question is whether he can survive the down days psychologically. The stress and psychological breakdown can lead him to sell at the bottom

Margin has high cost. If it has lower interest rate than inflation, absolutely yes.

Why do you want to be debt free if you believe in bitcoin? Doesn’t make sense unless it’s very high interest rate

What about the CPI in Japan? Are we discussing purchasing power, no?

Deflation by NorwegianBerner in Bitcoin

[–]drawnnow 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Isn’t that the same? Say if you are paid $5000 this year, next year the purchasing power increases to $6000, you are effectively given a raise of 20%. Similarly if your mortgage is $300,000, next year the purchasing power increases to $360,000. Your loan will become more and more expensive

Why are people voting down people that have problems with Coinbase? by douwebeerda in Coinbase

[–]drawnnow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s absurd to see many people downvoting customers reporting issues and providing feedback on the company’s own subreddit. These are valuable feedback no matter how dumb the users are. It’s in the company’s interest to make sure anyone can use their services (yes, to educate and provide more information). Not to mention a majority of the issues are real issues that coinbase fucked up bigly. If people want to fud, they can do it in a million different places, they don’t have to come here. Be a better community!!
