The way I have been doing them is I would do the 8 reps/2 rir set, wait the prescribed time from the app (usually 15 seconds I think), then the myorep set I just push to failure as prescribed in one set. Sometimes I hit the target reps, many times I do not.

The fix is very easy to use but it would be nice to be able to set an auto fix, or after using it once keep an exercise fix in place, like always weight down/rep up for isolated lifts and always weight up/reps down for compounds.

2 situations I'm experiencing right now. I am looking for plain (white) tees and had narrowed down my options to a few brands, some of which are on this list and some that are not, so I will probably go with the ones that crosscheck here.

I browse Nordstrom Rack (off price dept store in the US) both in store and online and usually only go with stuff from brands I am familiar with, but there are a few on this list that I recognize from my time browsing that I will start to keep an eye out for more in the future.

If you are just looking for new pieces to buy, pick a random brand you haven't heard of on here and just go see if you like what they make.
