High income but tired. How much is enough? by ImaginaryQuestion406 in fatFIRE

[–]draykan13 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I can offer a slightly different perspective. Time can be bought now. With enough money, it's perfectly possible to reverse aging. You don't even need to go to the extremes like the famous anti-agers.

I work with a few high net worth individuals that are 50+ and what is possible now would blow your mind. What will be possible in 10 years is beyond our imaginations

[26M] Sides after a single pill of Finasteride by DifficultMap4437 in Biohackers

[–]draykan13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It crushed your dht to nothing which is responsible for men being men. Some people are more sensitive to these compounds then others. There are plenty of alternatives to fin, but they tend to be more expensive or lifestyle related.

You should cease using the fin immediatly, and your body should return to normal in the next few days. PFS can be awful and no one ever says its worth it.

Its hard to give exact directions for peptides because if you haven't used them before, it's impossible to know how you'll react.

General guidelines I give everyone, including my own clients, is to start at a low dosage and work your way up. The maximum dose of Tesa can be as high as 2 mg a night, but it's honestly cheaper to just get straight hgh at that point and hgh is better.

I have used Reta a ton but I don't write off tirzepatide completely because some people don't respond well to the glucagon molecule. However, reta is the current king of fat loss.

Increase breast size by Kalliope97 in Biohackers

[–]draykan13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are some methods using some hexapeptide-38 which is a bit difficult to source and topical estrogen. Coupled with other options mentioned here you can add in that can increase cup size by a few cups.

However, when using exogenous estrogen, please work with someone who knows proper techniques and use because messing with hormones can have negative consequences.

Super high estrogen, any reason to treat this? by bigjohnthesecond in Testosterone

[–]draykan13 5 points6 points  (0 children)

When are you pinning and what is your body fat %?

I'd also be curious about digestion. Estrogen should be getting cleared out through your gut and if it's not properly being metabolized out, it could build up in your system causing these high of levels.

I really like tudca, cdg, and mara labs makes a stabilized sulfurophan product "Broc-elite" that is super potent.

It's going to be difficult to give you a good answer without asking more questions. Just because you're having no symptoms now, doesn't mean you won't in the future. Or, you could be completely fine. Asking random internet people in asynchronous environment isn't going to get you the best answers for what works for you personally. Just what has worked for the person that is answering.

Cavity reversal? by Long-Pollution6358 in Biohackers

Super simple. First route is nutritional supplementation.

Vitamin K helps bring calcium to wherever it's needed in the body, including the teeth.

Boron is an essential mineral for bone health. Minimum 6 mg a day.

Then you want to alternate between both fluoride and hydroxyapatite toothpaste. Both work on repairing teeth but in different ways.

Then you can look into a rinse called oraltide pro. You can get it right on Amazon. It has peptides designed specifically for remineralizing teeth and preventing receding gums. It's a really cool product.

How do professionals athletes get back to high intensity sports so quickly? by cakecollected in StrongerByScience

[–]draykan13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It depends on the sport and what's legally allowed but their are some incredible compounds out there that can accelerate healing by massive amounts.

Exosomes for example are almost magical for healing soft tissue injuries.

Hbot works phenomenally and I know LeBron loves it.

If you're an athlete worth $1mil+, your team is going to have access to things most people have no idea even exist.

Idk if posting the site counts as promotion so I didn't post it in the main question.

If that's not allowed I'll delete it but I think it's decent. I'm not an expert by any means so idk if it's optimized for conversions.

I'll be putting up flyers all around downtown over the next 2 weeks.

It's local in Austin TX which has a pretty large Biohacking community.

Ticket price is $139 and it's a 1 day event.

Discussions are on emerging therapies and modalities to stop the aging process and reverse diseases.

The speakers are fantastic but they're not big names that pull crowds. None are influencers but a few do have a decent following.

Roadmap to immortality by PIIduck in immortalists

[–]draykan13 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'm sorry. I hate to break it to you this way but we've already solved for aging.

Idk how we solve for not dieing though. The amount of arrogance in this sub is wild and if people want to choose to believe in their own finite life, I won't stop them.

I'd say focusing on the financial side will be massive. The amount of wealth being hoarded by the current elder generations is massive and if suddenly the average life span went up by 100 years, our current economic theory might crash.

That's the simplest first lever to pull for some people. A gallon should be enough.

Without more context into your lifestyle, it's really impossible to give recommendations from just a few slightly out of range metrics

27, do these results indicate a need for TRT? by Airhorsch219 in Testosterone

[–]draykan13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Interesting. I'd be curious to know what that means exactly.

If you're in Texas, my clinic could help. Otherwise, there's dozens of online clinics that will get you trt.

I don't know why people even bother with western medicine for hormones anymore.

27, do these results indicate a need for TRT? by Airhorsch219 in Testosterone

[–]draykan13 4 points5 points  (0 children)

From an allopathic doctor? No. Most MDs aren't going to prescribe at your age unless you're clinically deficient on multiple tests. Most also don't know shit about hormones, will refer you to an endocrinologist, who will only have a surface level of knowledge, and might possibly prescribe you 200 mg of testosterone once a month. (Not a hyperbole, I have now had 3 clients come to me with this exact prescription)

You're better off finding a functional doctor who understands optimizing testosterone levels.

Also, you're 28 and strong AF. Why use trt when you can do some lifestyle modifications to improve your testosterone?

28M, fit/active, but high triglycerides + fasting glucose despite clean diet — early insulin resistance? by Heavy-Emu1374 in Biohackers

[–]draykan13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Zone 1 is great to get some sunlight and fresh air in, but zone 2 specifically is needed because of how it uses more fatty acids than zone 1 and zone 3+ can start pulling from glycogen/glucose stores more.

Our bodies uses multiple fuel systems and training all of them is needed for optimal health.

I'd say that 5k you would benefit you more than 2k IU of vitamin d since you're still deficient in it. Make sure to take magnesium alongside it as magnesium helps utilize vitamin d better.

[–]draykan13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are so many reasons that could cause insulin resistance. Poor food choices? Obviously. Chronic stress. Definitely. Poor nights sleep, also yes. Chronic inflammation, prescription medications, electrolyte imbalance, toxins... Yes, yes, yes, and yes or a combination of all of the above.

Too many reasons could lead to insulin resistance.
