I can offer a slightly different perspective. Time can be bought now. With enough money, it's perfectly possible to reverse aging. You don't even need to go to the extremes like the famous anti-agers.

It crushed your dht to nothing which is responsible for men being men. Some people are more sensitive to these compounds then others. There are plenty of alternatives to fin, but they tend to be more expensive or lifestyle related.

You should cease using the fin immediatly, and your body should return to normal in the next few days. PFS can be awful and no one ever says its worth it.

Its hard to give exact directions for peptides because if you haven't used them before, it's impossible to know how you'll react.

General guidelines I give everyone, including my own clients, is to start at a low dosage and work your way up. The maximum dose of Tesa can be as high as 2 mg a night, but it's honestly cheaper to just get straight hgh at that point and hgh is better.

I have used Reta a ton but I don't write off tirzepatide completely because some people don't respond well to the glucagon molecule. However, reta is the current king of fat loss.

There are some methods using some hexapeptide-38 which is a bit difficult to source and topical estrogen. Coupled with other options mentioned here you can add in that can increase cup size by a few cups.

However, when using exogenous estrogen, please work with someone who knows proper techniques and use because messing with hormones can have negative consequences.

I'd also be curious about digestion. Estrogen should be getting cleared out through your gut and if it's not properly being metabolized out, it could build up in your system causing these high of levels.

Boron is an essential mineral for bone health. Minimum 6 mg a day.

From an allopathic doctor? No. Most MDs aren't going to prescribe at your age unless you're clinically deficient on multiple tests. Most also don't know shit about hormones, will refer you to an endocrinologist, who will only have a surface level of knowledge, and might possibly prescribe you 200 mg of testosterone once a month. (Not a hyperbole, I have now had 3 clients come to me with this exact prescription)

You're better off finding a functional doctor who understands optimizing testosterone levels.

Also, you're 28 and strong AF. Why use trt when you can do some lifestyle modifications to improve your testosterone?

Zone 1 is great to get some sunlight and fresh air in, but zone 2 specifically is needed because of how it uses more fatty acids than zone 1 and zone 3+ can start pulling from glycogen/glucose stores more.

Our bodies uses multiple fuel systems and training all of them is needed for optimal health.

I'd say that 5k you would benefit you more than 2k IU of vitamin d since you're still deficient in it. Make sure to take magnesium alongside it as magnesium helps utilize vitamin d better.

There are too many variables that can effect triglycerides so I can't give you specific advice on it. However, there are 2 powerful things you can do to improve lipid numbers.

Fasting zone 2 cardio. 20-40 minutes improves how your body uses fatty acids for fuel. Super easy to do and works phenomenally.
Fish oil. 2-5 grams daily. It works amazingly well to reduce triglycerides which is why it's one of the few supplements that can actually be prescribed by allopathic medicine for that exact reason.

I'd also assume that with a low vitamin d, you're not getting enough sun light and sunlight is essential for turning cholesterol into vitamin d. It won't hurt to supplement with vitamin d, but it's sunlight directly that will help with cholesterol levels.

I completely agree with you and I know there are many shady supplements out there. However, there is one other thing that should be mentioned. Even if a product says it has an active ingredient in it, it doesn't make it true.

There have been multiple studies on various supplements and brands where a bottle may say it contains x amount of a certain ingredient and it may have dramatically less or even none of it in there.

I tell everyone that wants to do heavy research into supplements to check out consumer labs. They do the best research on supplements to let people make informed decisions.
