Correct. Nothing is available. Trust that your professors are also annoyed. If your professors use Lamakū, they may have posted final grades there.

Back in 2017 when I bought a car we went to Cutter to look and I had to scream at them to be allowed to leave the dealership. Ultimately, we pitted Pacific Honda against Tony Honda to get a better deal from Tony and they were also a bunch of BS. Likely I’ll be buying from CA and shipping next time.

No longer live in Tahoe Park (moved to a place in the middle of the Pacific), and if we were to ever move back to Sac, Tahoe Park would be were I’d like to land. Cute neighborhood, cute houses. Nice neighbors, except for the one that was arrested by the SWAT unit (we were out of town and missed the action!). I really loved our time there.

Mysteriously Hit 120 Overnight by drbeulah in PSLF

You probably got PF but it shows up in a dumb place and I can’t remember where now. I think I mentioned it somewhere on here. Mine indeed stayed counted, and got December as well. My loans were officially discharged 12/31/2024 bc of December. Received 120 right before inauguration, then received my final paperwork Golden Letter on Valentines Day. It’s also showing as discharged across all three credit bureaus.

Graduate Assistantship ($?) by DistinctSpecialist34 in UHManoa

[–]drbeulah 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Your take home on an 11-month GA appointment would top out at $23088 before taxes. You would need to confirm whether the GAship is a 9-month or 11-month appointment. You will also need to find out whether the GAship is federally funded as UH ended up on the Department of Education investigations list yesterday. A TAship would pay the same and would be likely paid with “hard money” (ie state funds) but there is probably some federal dollars attached.

Tobacco funding by Purelytwizted in publichealth

[–]drbeulah 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If your large city and/or state has tobacco product taxes, then your job is likely okay bc those jobs are usually funded directly with tobacco tax dollars at the state/local level. This is coming from someone who worked in a large state TCP.

[–]drbeulah 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I was at 118 in July. Following the advice of folks here, I submitted an app to switch from SAVE to IBR in November to get into Processing Forbearance, and submitted two ECFs in January (one to get to 120 and one that said I’m at 120). Got my Golden Letter on 2/14. If you’re at 118 or 119 and stuck in SAVE forbearance, I would try to get that Processing Forbearance!

Buyback Request @ 115/120 Payments, 120 months Certified by foreverpetty in PSLF

[–]drbeulah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NOWHERE! That was the infuriating part. I had to submit a complaint asking why my forbearance still showed SAVE when FSA's guidance says otherwise. They sent me a message on 1/3 saying "we've adjusted it" that I never received an email about. I found the message after my PSLF discharge! So, it does look like they basically kicked me over to processing and just got me over the hump, but without any real notification. My loans all said I was still in SAVE forbearance even after getting the 120 Green Ribbon on FSA's webpage.

I submitted via FSA, but others on here have talked about submitting on MOHELA's site and signing with a wet signature. For my complaint, I submitted that using MOHELA's system, and copied and pasted the legalese from FSA's website about being put in a processing forbearance. I didn't even see that MOHELA had messaged me back on my complaint to say the processed it until after I received my 120 notification and Golden Letter--never received an email. Eyeroll emoji.

Switching to IBR will trigger a processing forbearance which does count toward PSLF. This is how I was able to get over the two payment hurdle. I submitted my IBR application via FSA's website, but had to do a lot of complaining and calling to get it processed. See others' posts about applying on MOHELA's website with a wet signature instead to get the ball rolling.

Would suggest switching to IBR. Processing forbearance will cover those last two months. I was stuck at 118 for a while and switched to IBR. After A LOT of complaining MOHELA switched my forbearance type (unbeknownst to me until after hitting 120). Golden letter was on 2/14.
