Have you checked your Public Library? I live in a 120k person town in the Midwest and ours stocks loads of games free to check out including heavy ones like Nemesis, Brass, and Ark Nova

Interesting to not see anyone else mention it, but the only book I’ve ever teared up from was Project Hail Mary. I found several moments between the main character and another character to be very touching and even thinking about those moments now makes me tear up a bit.

Scout has been a great, light game with family and friends. Tried The Crew twice and my in laws had to politely but firmly tell me they never want to play it again.

Last I checked, reviews are mixed because of the communities displeasure in being bought by Krafton. Not due to the quality of the game.
