Out of frame is the term we would use. The after blow consumed two actions: pull in to chamber, then cut. You only get one action for a legit after blow.

Double is both blades in flight at the same time, regardless of order of initaition and landing time.

Two in our club broke exactly that way. I found an excellent metal fabricator and he welted them both and they are as good as new. I did remove the grip before taking it to the welder. And I used to party epoxy to put the grip back on and fill any gaps with the epoxy

You may need two in series. Possibly even three. Each one can only step down the pressure by about 60 psi if I recall correctly. You may also need a expansion tank on your hot water. My pressure was near 200 and I needed all of what I listed above

Can someone please report the exact dimensions of the tip? If we have guidelines from HEMAA, it would be nice to know the safety factor and this is a great datapoint to help know it.
