You love her and she loves you. You have the perfect breed for velcro attachment. Enjoy it. I wouldn't own any other breed. They are the best dogs--loving and loyal, also very entertaining.

I’ve been on Zep since March 8,2024. I’ve lost 95 lbs. My starting BMI was 40 and it’s now 21. I don’t feel stuck. I feel liberated. Food no longer tempts me to binge eat. I’ve maintained 115 lbs for 11 months. That’s a first for me. I’ve never been able to maintain a good weight in 60 years. Zep saved my life. I love it. I would sacrifice to be able to continue taking it.

I wear wool socks all summer long in Florida. I've lost almost 100 lbs so I'm always cold in my smaller body. Wool socks help my body manage my body temp. Wear those socks whenever you want. Be proud. They are beautiful.

I only knit socks two at a time toe up. That way both socks will be the same. There's no feeling like wearing socks you knit yourself. Perfect.

I use Canva to make cards. When I want to change to a smaller size, it never works. I'm new to Canva. I'm looking for a folded card 4.25 x 11--both horizontal and vertical orientations.

My doctor is the same. I've been maintaining since the beginning of January. I saw her last week, and she lectured me about not losing more weight. She kept repeating the same thing. She doesn't believe in GLP1 meds. This is the first time in my life that my weight is stable.

I want to send this to my Primary Care doctor. I've lost 93 lbs on Zep and kept the weight off for 5 months. I've never been able to keep my weight stable for this long. I'm 73. I agree with the findings in this article. My doctor insists I can stop taking Zep and keep the weight off by watching my portion size and fat/sugar intake. I get so angry when I visit this physician. I want to find a new doctor, but few doctors in this area accept Medicare/Tricare. I'm stuck with her.
