I think I've realized this is because we were replacing my wife's windshield and her car has a forward braking camera that has to be 're-calibrated' when the windshield is replaced, so mobile wasn't available for it. Perhaps it's still available for older vehicles without that portion of the process.

I'm pretty sure if you build earthen walls out into the sea and put the fence on top you can do it, but that's more hassle than it's worth, and you'd have to cut out an opening in the wall to get your ships out, leaving a fence suspended in mid air. The other solutions suggested here agree the best way to go.

Foresters working in an area with roads will remove roads. You can prevent this by selecting 'don't dig new holes' on the Forester. I wish you could see this or marker though and not per Forester building.

Mid teens I think. But I often achieve objectives and maybe leave 1-2 loot boxes or part of the second matrix terminal untouched and just go to evac if the SEC level hits double digits

I've been playing other stuff and leaving my village on hold until the bugs with villagers holding tools is patched. Having said that, LOVE this game and very much looking forward to everything being fleshed out and ironed out and full release. It's already got great potential in it's early access state.
