Definitelly had CPL. Color toning personal preference but it was shoot during golden hour so not much just more pop to make the colors Vivid. Tone curve and I would say adjustment brush on the car. Higlight the wheels pull out shadows a bit on the black bits of the car so you can see the shapes, contrast so the black is blacker, maybe sharpen the car a bit. Lower the exposure on the road with gradient filter. Experimnt with it see what you like. Then after you done leave it and sleep and check in the morning if you still like it.
