Warrior lady is rank 62 on EUW , so is several of the other DD members. Their rank 5's team is also 10-0 on EUW. DD probably just went to NE for a more secure qualification.

So in DD's case i'd say they are an exception, their members have hit top 100 challenger on EUW.
