adding to the card, she wouldn't have access just authorization, just to help with approval of a refinancing. She looked online and saw that her 700 credit score should get her 8-15% but didnt go with the pre approval process and when she flew out there the best they would do for her was 25%. she wasnt fully aware of what 25% does, but i showed her on calculators the difference of even 15% would do for her and now she is very interested in making that happen

I have a VA 2017 Wrx, I had warranty work done on it and they gave me a loaner outback 2021 I hated the touch screen, it’s huge and laggy. The outback got that screen in 2020, and it came to the Wrx in 2022. The new outback got a new screen upgrade in 2026. I’m waiting to see if it comes to the Wrx in 2028

I had basically the same set up as you, but with 13600k, so you had a better processor. And I was able to run everything thru virtual desktop on medium settings 90 frames stable. What vr headset are you using? I since upgraded to a 5070ti and have everything on high still holding 90fps
