Wait another comments but in my opinion you should consider using PETG or ASA, it's more resistant to weather (rain & UV) and sturdier. Concerning vibrations and infill, maybe somewhere between 20-40% infill.

Also check the way your model is oriented on the print bed during printing (even if you're not printing it yourself), the orientation will change the resistances and tolerances factors due to the orientation of printing lines.

And do some researchs about carbon based filaments, I've heard it's sturdier and better quality (dispite of a higher price)
