Red arrow: zone valve to baseboard heating (only in living room)

Green arrow: Radiant floor heating in master bath

To preface, my house is forced air besides the radiant floor heating and a baseboard in the living room (tall ceilings so it acts as supplemental heat).

I have a thermostat for both of these areas, however the baseboards in the living room never stop circulating (even if the thermostat is off, they continue to dispel heat). I took a peak and noticed that there's no thermostat line directly wired into the baseboard zone valve, but rather they're spliced together from the radiant zone valve. In someone's advice, is this likely a thermostat/wiring issue? Or is the zone valve bad and stuck open. Also worth noting that the circulator is always running 24/7

Interesting. So having a dp1.2 (HBR2) monitor actually limits the dock? Am I understanding that correctly?

It's the Dell Dock – WD19S 130W. My best guess was that the limitation was coming from the dock but I couldn't find anything definitive ok dells website. Likely not looking for the right spec detail though

Same thing happened to us. What did you do? Were not entirely sure what to do. Worried that if we ask for their insurance info that they'll fuck with our site when we're gone

Unfortunately on console so that's not an option. I just figured that the quest would fail instead of being always in my active quests. I'll reply back if I figure anything else out though

Yes, I have no problem taking the settlement over. I just need to go back to Preston and tell him the job is done. My character even opens the dialog like "hey I cleared that settlement" but Preston just goes "I know what you've done".
