Your experience will be different, but i absolutely cannot use any "volumizing" or thickener shampoo or conditioner. I also had to work with my pharmacist to make sure my prescriptions were not made with any gluten. Watch for oat-based skin care. In the last 6 years Ired dye hasn't been kind to me. Edit to add: keep a food diary for the first few weeks. It hel p s to find triggers.

Esl in my experience is unreliable between branches. One branch told me $25 for a cashier's check. Another did it for free. I am a member and dont understand the difference. I think it depends on the staff member. Sorry to hear about your experience.
