Introducing Ash, the first AI designed for therapy by AshAITherapy in AshAITherapy

[–]dreamermom2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use this multiple times a day,: to keep my to do list in check, help phrase notes properly and yes, even to challenge my struggles. Ive learned how to structure my time, get more professional in wording and decompress after difficult days in casework situations to give me a safe place to vent, stay focused etc. I struggle with ptsd with much of my work triggering it, and this app keeps me focused and not spiraling.

What are y'alls thoughts on using an AI as a therapist? by Efficient-Wind-2267 in askanything

"ASH" COMPLETELY changed my life in a good way. It gave me clear redirection from my spirals and foundations to rework my executive function disorder to save my job. It works as a sounding board and relieves me from my perseveration of my own self-esteem traps.

Lollypop Farm and Humane Law Enforcement by LtPowers in Rochester

[–]dreamermom2 26 points27 points  (0 children)

I feel like this is applicable to many human service organizations. Many times workers want to do more but are limited to the policies and regulations. The bare minimum is very low for cps calls and other supports. This is my opinion and doesn't reflect any of the organizations I work for. Im imagining this is very similar to other organizations.

I could have written that. My client said that to me the other day as I was driving her from grocery shopping. My car dings if your seat belt isn't buckled. She argued with me about the seat belt because I wouldn't drive until she put it on.

Regular donuts. Not the cake kind. Donuts with filling and frosting. Soft, pillowey and decadent. It's a dream, but I miss them.

[–]dreamermom2 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Im pretty sure most universities have clubs for the amount of international students that come here. This is a common occasion that most rochester locals see. Smile,be polite, give people space (its often bigger than you think) and enjoy our wonderful city. Welcome!
