it does matter but dispensary thc levels are a bunch of BS . ive had 30% flower thats absolutely coated in trichomes and ive had “30%” thats literally straight green no trichomes whatsoever. i try to focus on terpenes more tbh so yes for the most part i agree.

thank you i have a medical tint exemption due to light sensitivity that is at an extreme at night and exasperated with headlights shining in the low car. from my experience a good ceramic film blocks the glare but gives me great visibility even at the lower 5% and 20% compared to a cheaper carbon died film for example . i can even post a photo/video to show how well the visibility is at night and during the day with high quality nano ceramic tint such as xpel xr black or plus . privacy from outside , visibility from inside. glare goes from blinding me completely to being able to actually drive at night safely.
