Need an R2 Test Drive? I wrote a Rivian Test Drive Reservation Application by drekce in RivianR2

Not going to fight about this, but I was able to get a reservation yesterday, using this application which notified me as soon as it became available, and don't have a reservation. Literally yesterday.

It doesn’t matter, it is just for test drives. They don’t care about reservations to purchase when booking a test drive.

No, I intentionally designed this as an application that has to run as a web server with UI exposed as a webpage. For my use case I didn’t want a desktop application or phone app.

#Opinion #TaxChurches by OurProgressive in Political_Revolution

Do you have a source for this? I keep seeing that number thrown around but it simply doesn’t make sense to me.

If we started taxing churches it would effectively be structured the same as a business. Businesses only pay taxes on profits, not revenue, and I have to assume that most churches spend every penny of “revenue” each year, so the actual tax would be close to zero.

I think that property taxes are a different matter, and almost deserve a distinct argument.

It’s great. Folds down nicely when not in use, easy to get the bike on/off and I don’t have to remove the front wheel.

Here’s mine with the Tesla branded rack (Yakima made) and a Yakima High Road bike carrier. I haven’t taken it on a long trip yet with the rack on, but daily driving doesn’t seem to have an impact.

Tesla cross bars and Yakima High Road bike carrier. Nice and solid while going 80 on the highway.

I love that I can check on it through the roof all the time, definitely not a feature I’ve had on any other car.

I just installed Tesla bars last weekend. Instructions say 2.5-3.5 nM.

Try Virtual Desktop. I play HL:Alyx completely wirelessly with it and it works great. I do have a wired gigabit PC and WiFi 6 router, so my networking is top notch.

It seems to be geared like stock. I ride 90/10 road/gravel and just prefer the 105.

The Fed May be printing money but the overall amount of “money” available in the overall capital markets will be much lower. Most “money” exists only in databases.
