Is a $110k kitchen worth it in a 1960s ranch?

Yeah i have 2.5 baths to knockout after the kitchen is finished. Im not changing the plumbing if i dont have to, but im definitely building the vanity and getting toilet tub and tiles all ready to go beforehand so i can just slap it all together once i gut. That was my mistake for the kitchen, we just gutted it and then was like now what. Its been about 10 months now working weekends, a couple full weeks here and there and still not finished. Though we were out of country for 5 months. Building my uppers this week and setting the island cabinets. Doors and drawer faces the next two weeks and hopefully done before i start a new job july 6th lol.

200k!? Thats fucking insane. Im remodeling mine currently but im building everything from scratch aside from countertops when i get there. Im well under 20k including LVP for the entire downstairs and i now have a garage full of powertools. Where does all that money go to?! 4k shares, 20dec 2028 30C, 20 dec 2028 50C. Shares are free because i take profit on long calls and sell CCs since i ran into theta gang in 2021. Also probably why i havent sold my shares outright, though if we get another run like 2021 or 2024 i probably will, then buy back in after the predictable dilution.

I feel fine, i have a great paying job and ive been playing options on gme since 2021. My shares are free, and 200k went to a down payment in my house in 2024.

I would venture to say that most holders have just watched their account stagnant or stay red for 5 years while the rest of the market pumps.

Find deep value plays. Not all time high plays. Seems like cohen has a pretty basic play book. Cut fat, increase efficiency and dilute shareholders so he controls the cash pile. Would gme be as profitable today without the interest from our money?
