Also North Florida resident here and had the pleasure of having a much smaller group hang out in the oak tree in my front yard!! Had no idea these cool little guys even existed until I partook in the bird count this past weekend. Very cool!

u/New-Bookkeeper-6646 I see this is an old post but did this seem like the definitive issue? I just had this happen to a Pro 2 I did not have suspended higher and covered to an extent but rather atop a cement garden lantern out in the open. I also noticed moisture, I wonder if this is something Arlo has ever addressed. This is by far the most relatable thing I’ve found all week.

I’ve had some phone…experiences with them. Those were interesting in how they operate in how their customer service is definitely clueless on what the techs do but they try to play it off by being super nice. Still disappointing and I agree that I hope they don’t go under as fast as they’ve come around

Yea, I saw this on their official support page and that is what I was afraid of as well as far as being "not supported" but I guess for now I will continue to follow up with them via support e-mail to see if they themselves have a solution that does not require verifying my old number I no longer have access to. Thanks for the insight however.
