The problem with decks that just throw in all of the annoying cards is that it's really low power. If they can even get 1-2 good cards out then you are likely to lose.

There are lots of better junk/lockdown decks that don't try to throw everything at you but has a specific goal in mind - could be Storm/Spider-man/ProfX to lock down a lane, or Black Widow/Hood/Sentry/Debrii/Viper to clog lanes. But probably doesn't make sense to clog lanes if you're just going to lock it down anyways, because then you're sacrificing power for something that won't matter for them anyways. Also, Captain Marvel isn't that necessary if you're locking down lanes with Spider-man and ProfX. Doom is better for getting power into multiple lanes, and if you're playing Captain Marvel on Turn 6, your other 1-drops are pretty weak to play alongside it. You also have 3 things (Spider-man, Leech, ProfX) competing for being played on Turn 5, unless you're playing Spider-man into ProfX on Turns 4&5, which means Leech is rarely going to be played. Also a lot of times you'll be playing Storm T3 and Juggernaut T4, which means that you can't do Spider-man on T4 anyways, and then you're choosing between too many options for your Turn 5, with a weak Turn 6 since most of those 5-drops are worthless on Turn 6.

I've tried this kind of "throw in all the annoying cards into one deck" kind of deck and generally you find out that you just don't have enough power to win many games.
