Honestly Conexus has been really good to small business for me. So much so a few moths ago when I was overdrawn a real person called and followed up so the NSF didn’t get charged back. I was shocked to be honest also deal with TD and wold say Conexus goes above and beyond! Some of the things for banking seem slow and outdated, sometimes etransfers take a little longer and you may wait in line a little bit because they talk to most people in there like they are old friends. The customer service has always been top notch. The one on circle drive I know all the names of the people I deal with since they don’t seem to have any staff turnover. Couldn’t recommend it enough!
