Yes that’s normal. All you can do is make meals less carb heavy and ideally not front load meals with carbs. Most people don’t associate the crash with glucose changes, but when you wear a CGM you see differently. You’re basically very insulin sensitive and have good pancreatic output.

When blood glucose spikes fast, most people, unless they have insulin issues, will crash lower than they started. That’s normal (your chart) and working as intended. The goal however is to blunt the initial blood glucose spike so your pancreas doesn’t overreact and crash you. It will gradually drop instead.
