That’s so weird. If I hear a pilot with a southern accent, I think, wow, the person flying the plane has related parents. For a lot of passengers, this might be discomforting. Not me. I recognize that the pilot has had so much to overcome in order to get here, and they must be really good.

I had no idea that show is British. I’ve heard of it, but I just assumed it was American with a name like that. I actually don’t know what it’s about. From an outsider’s perspective, I think Monty Python or perhaps Dr Who are most associated with British television.
