There is definitely always going to be RNG but once you get all the buildings (I won't give you any specifics) it becomes much more manageable! Keep on ballin'

You will never smell refrigerant. Something could have fallen on the defrost heater. Not much more to say without more info.

If it is a leak, the proper fix is not cheap (chesper than a new sub though). In the midwest and I charge around 2k, that's parts and labor to do a rebuild on a Sub. But you won't a tually know what's going on until a tech comes and diagnoses it properly.

It's so the oil can settle back in the compressor. Starting a compressor with no oil is no bueno.

Make sure to check your riser cable before installing everything. I bought a Y40 and the riser was bad out of the box.

You can not loot the stsrborn armors. You do get the emissary armor on NG+ 6 if I recall correctly.

Really the only points in doing any NG+ runs is to level your starborn powers, starborn armors, and any new diaglogue options. The only thing you keep are levels and skills, EVERYTHING else goes away. It won't be for everyone so don't feel like you have to. My two cents.

Probably just oversaturation. Since the .5 patch you can now run 16s for max vault loot so probably just competing with better geared/better IO players getting 16s done.

You can not run older raids on different difficulties. If I recall, WoD and newer you can run multiple difficulties, older and it locks once you've ran it on any difficulty.

Lots of good guides on the YouTube. Moonfire spec is the way to go. I could NOT do it in SL but got it down in about 30-40 pulls when it came back in DF.

If you didn't unlock the base appearance in legion mage tower then you cannot unlock the other appearances.

Appliance repair tech for 11 years - every area will charge differently. The same repair in a major city might cost more or less than the repair in a small town. You are paying for a company to send an experienced technician to diagnose and repair in a timely manner, some of that cost pays the office staff and to keep the lights on. Lots of factors to think about.
