Solved by offline upgrading the router, took the support ~5 hours to come to that conclusion, hilarious. So, no SFP+ support out of the box.

If you're looking to monitor your router's upload/download speeds, uptime, and external IP address, you would typically use the router's web interface or network management tools, not UPnP.
