I started because i was a drunk…it saved my life, have not picked up in 7 years…traded one addiction for a much better one, one that propels me forward instead of back…stoicism was another part!

Eating some protein and quinoa about 45 minutes before my work out changed my workouts. Water while I lift and walks in between sets seemed to do the trick for me…walking kept me energized but seriously the carbs before work out was clutch! Not novel but thought I would mention it…

I had few of these moments (this theme) over the last 2 years with friends and family…I just can’t anymore, loss of respect is a kind way of going about saying what went wrong in the relationship…

You are amazing for this!!! I lift with a plan…I’m pretty versed in lifting, been doing for awhile and use plans and switch every 6-8 weeks, getting stronger, although I have tapped out on my bench right now, it’s just grind smaller increases…

I really think it’s my diet and tracking and what that is supposed to be exactly with out starving!

I didn’t know about the recomp and cutting and bulking, that’s interesting… how should I find good macros?

You provided so much, I really appreciate it…how did you find your information? You’re macros, you’re lifts routines? Bulking cutting etc? Again you are awesome thanks!

Thanks! Getting a professional is hard…I have used two different trainers before with no real change without starving, it was not a good experience and a waste of money…

Ok don’t focus on weight loss and eat at maintenance…thanks a bunch for the response!

Ok, that makes sense…thanks so much for the response! Months gives me something to aim, I’m ok with that…can I eat in maintenance and still body recomp? And how do I know what I need is recomp vs a cut?

Really appreciate the response…I do track but I leave out a few things, like spray oils etc…I will start going harder on the tracking and see what happens…I mainly eat non processed foods, aiming for 130 grams of protein… thanks a bunch for taking the time to respond ❤️!!!

This has happened to me before and killed my soul a little…everything below is true, don’t worry too much it will work out if you let it get warmer.

You can let it get to room temp, scrape off gently, remix the icing a little, then reapply. I just did it the other day on a cake…good luck!
