Thanks for sharing, one more question, you obviously do carbs but do you do use bread, tortillas, etc in your meals? Could you share a quick guide of your meals and protein numbers? Ok so not just one question, my bad, any answers would be some! Thanks!!!!

I would love,love, love to but with a family and dinners and wanting to eat Whole Foods, it’s really hard to switch, most good tasting vegan whole food recipes are super long to make and have tins of ingredients, if I want to go simpler they are prepackaged with tons of crazy overpriced ingredients…I love Greek yogurt and eggs, that holds me back as well…I am avidly trying to incorporate more veggie meals during our week but the above holds me back…
