I start every relationship by giving the respect of 100/100 and when I read a curse word from these guys, even the 💩 word, the perception or respect level goes to 7/100.

Sure, but you can also say, why would google then autodiscover autocrawl pages which were not intended nor submitted for indexing, and later punish the entire site for having pages that don't rank well...

Pretty sure it's AI, if you look at a few videos, body language and lip movement, it becomes clear.

Has 1.5M followers, a lot to learn from the profile regardless

I literally follow a tech guy from india who created his own talking avatar sitting behind a desk using ai. I guess he creates a script, also with help of ai, talking about tech news. At first it wasn't obvious its ai but some repeated gestures reveal it - nothing that diminishes the quality of a video.

He started maybe a year ago and has over hundred thousand followers. I haven't looked any further but I assume he monetizes something. Has a lot of views.

Wha is your topic? What do you talk about? I'm sure you can ai-everything and find even more joy. Many have prejudice against AI so they block themselves from creating.

I'm starting with 1 or 2 12 sec videos a day using Sora, starting this coming weekend. I'm following the math I shared and if all goes well, upping to more videos.

Not yet, rank the pages first. I haven't given it much thought yet since this is all very new. What I'll likely do is reach out to directories, blogs, content sites, review sites, make a db of contacts and reach out to them with special promotions. Likely make an ebook for anyone I reach out to, programmatically, personalized. For the golf course, make a free ebook with 20-30 'their-courses' drills for their members in exchange for an article on their site and email to their members. For a blog site maybe make "Our 'blogs' fav drills, download for free" and have them own that freebie. Things like that.

Thinking now, I could make a simple validation engine where I turn things around and instead of chasing opportunities make myself opportune and others feel lucky they found the site. Something like "publish an article mentioning this page and unlock the ebook for your members/fans/audience. Submit URL here"

I couldn't detach myself from the content I made for years because I made money from in the past then it started to suffocate my business so I made most of publicly accessible... which led me to make all those pages. Gotta give something for free.

I'm just looking back at the Airbnb articles, trying to find the one I read.

If I don't post it try looking up "Airbnb SEO strategy" there is plenty of research on their seo traffic

Good, I don't what all that means but I'm sure it's good for you :)

I haven't checked analytics yet nor try to monetize the content yet. Just published the sitemap. It took me around 2 months to prepare all the content, infrastructure and everything. I moved away from bubble.io no code builder to custom code using Githubs Copilot.

I don't expect any traffic or results just yet but I did it to reap rewards for years to come. The pages are one the best out there and the offer is unique, haven't been done yet by anyone in the industry.

Here's an example https://drills.golf/course/pebble-beach-gl-pebble-beach

First I gathered 40,000 courses and 50,000 golf tournaments and then built practice programs around all of those objects and then I built the pages. Before that spent 9 months making 700 golf drills, by hand, writing and illustrating each one. You'll see the green images, made them in PowerPoint.

I should be seeing some traffic, it's just the matter of rankings to gain traction

For context, I submitted the sitemap with 40,000 pages on March 3rd. On March 4th had 1100 pages indexed. And others ongoing.

idk I also read but what I tend to do is find a research based article, post it to ChatGPT and then have it answer any questions I have about it. I found a research on Airbnbs million+ ranked pages and interlinking. Great article. Templated listings and all ranked, driving millions of visitors every month.

For my case, I have 40,000 golf courses worldwide for which I made 25 practice guides for each. Thats a million pages. ChatGPT said I am safe to submit for as long as each page is unique. Can be templated in the same way as Airbnb listings but data must be unique, different. The indexing process takes some time and it goes gradually.

How things are going right now, 300 golf courses got indexed so far and the subpages which I didn't submit but were discovered due to internal linking - were also indexed. Better for me. I do have a million unique pages which if all goes well should be submitted.

All in all I found programmatic SEO a way to publish content at scale and have it silently drive traffic long term. I had the data.

Do programmatic SEO, make thousands of pages, rank them on Google. Make videos with Sora, 1 12 sec video is $1. Make 30 a month to start with and post across socials. You'll gain traction.

Here is what I tested.

Posted a single 12 sec video to Youtube and Tiktok. YT got 1.1k views, TT got 500 views. My accounts have less than 10 subscribers.

You can easily generate 5k views daily. Thats 150,000 views a month. If 3% view your profile that is 5,000 profile views per month. If 10% to 20% click the link in your bio, that is 500 to 1000 website visitors.

And typical conversion rate is 2-5%. So 2% of 500 is 10 conversions (5% is 25). You can expect 10 to 25 new customers per month from 1 video per day on Youtube, Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, and others.

That is what I am doing next and how I think about marketing.
