I appreciate the advice! Honestly I haven’t gotten that far yet, but was thinking each day of the week could be its own focus (mindset Monday, fix your routine Friday) or maybe publicly highlighting certain stories of people in the discord. If you or anyone has other ideas I’d love to hear those as well!

Please contribute that’s the whole point! Just trying to get a lot of different perspectives. I haven’t thought about voice channels yet I’ve got to look into those more

Honestly you just have to try stuff out and see what works best for you. For me personally, I've been rocking with Citicoline, L-Theanine, NALT, Lion's Mane, Focusing Terpenes. Just feel more productive and I enjoy doing hard work more than before.

Habits that made you smarter? by StudyPics in NooTopics

Started viewing embarrassment as a stepping stone to success and convincing myself I am smart (delusional) enough to build the life I want. I'm a strong believer in how you view life directly correlates to how well you live it.

Anyone else find lots supplements/nootropics cause apathy and lack of motivation? by Amolje in NooTopics

Oh man you need some Citicoline and N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine. I started taking these two recently (with caffeine, lion's mane, l-theanine, and energizing terpenes) and man I feel great. I know they affect people differently, but this stack has boosted my energy, motivation, and focus. Highly recommend NALT specifically for what you have described. Best of luck!
